One Tree Hillbillies

The One Tree Hillbillies is a popular five piece bluegrass band from Essex. They perform a varied repertoire of bluegrass, country, gospel and rockabilly - each member taking their turn at the mic.

Taking their name from the infamous "One Tree Hill" in Basildon, the band was formed back in the early 2000's when members of the long established "Star Pub Session Band" teamed up with mandolin virtuoso, Hippy Joe Hymas (Hayseed Dixie)
